Two Sides Brewing Co. represents a dynamic collaboration between Brickyard Gastropub and the once-renowned craft beer bar, 57 The Headline. Established in 2016 by 57 The Headline, this project initially aimed to redefine craft beer styles. In Spring 2018, Brickyard Gastropub joined the venture, enhancing the operation with faster beer turnover, thus ensuring exceptional freshness and found a new home in Bluebell, Dublin 12 at Third Barrel Brewing. This union led to the creation of Two Yards, a highly drinkable Hazy Pale Ale that swiftly became a flagship beer. Following Two Yards, they introduced Brickline, a clean, crisp Irish Pilsner, distinctively hopped with German Hellertau Mittelfrüh hops.
The advent of Covid-19 posed significant challenges, resulting in the temporary closure of both pubs. However, innovation prevailed, and the project pivoted to packaging their beer in cans and growlers. This period also saw the launch of their flagship IPA, Shop Local, now available in both kegs and cans. These products have found their way into the taps at Brickyard, select beer pubs across Ireland, and in various off-licenses and online stores, ensuring the continued success and reach of Two Sides Brewing Co.
